My name is Susann! I’m a licensed Master Esthetician, trained at Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in MA. I’ve been a working licensed esthetician since 1999-most of those years right here in Richmond, and with Rituals since 2008!
I’ve been so fulfilled at Rituals because I have the access and ability to change/preserve your skin combining advanced technology with a warm, cozy and relaxing experience.
When I’m not at work, you’ll find me with my family either enjoying Richmond’s markets, coffee shops and restaurants or at home playing games and relaxing with our pets.
I’ve seen a lot of skin in various stages of need. My proudest moments are when my clients feel safe and have been able to achieve and maintain their glowing skin! Everyone’s needs can feel like an overwhelming puzzle. My favorite part of the process is getting to know you and helping to figure out what YOUR puzzle looks like and how to unlock your best skin.
