Our goal is to ensure that you completely enjoy your time with us! The following tips will help you make the most of your time at Rituals Salon & Spa:
First Time Guests: We encourage all new guests to arrive fifteen minutes before their first reservation. This allows time for a warm welcome, for a tour of our salon, and to complete a new guest profile.
Spa Etiquette: For your visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved appointment time. This will allow enough time for changing into spa attire and for a consultation. Your privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance to us. Spa treatments require various levels of undress and our therapists are trained in appropriate methods of draping. Although your therapist will discuss a complete overview of the treatment you will experience, please feel free to ask any questions or make special requests to ensure your own comfort level.
Cancellations: We kindly ask Rituals Salon & Spa guests to cancel 48 hours in advance so we may schedule other guest reservations. In an effort to respect the time of our valued guests and service providers, all no show reservations will incur a guest account balance for the full amount of the reservation. If reservations are cancelled within less than 24 hours, guests will be charged for half of the services amount to their guest account balance and must be paid in full before future reservations can be scheduled. While we understand emergency cancellations may happen, any guest who fails more than twice to give 48hr notice and/or no show for a reservation, we reserve the right to ask for pre-payment by credit card for future reservations.
If for any reason we have made a mistake or had to cancel or reschedule your same day reservation, please accept our gift of $10 towards future reservations. This courtesy will not apply if you are accommodated on the same day by another designer.
Children: We love them and are happy to serve them as well. Rituals Salon & Spa prides itself on providing a relaxing and safe environment for our guests. We ask that you please refrain from bringing children unless they have a reservation and that they be attended when in the spa and restrooms. For your safety, please refrain from bringing strollers and additional family members not receiving services.
Cell Phones: We promise a relaxing atmosphere for all of our guests. We encourage guests to turn off or silence all cell phones and please keep conversations private as some material is not respectful for all guests.
Satisfaction: If any guest is dissatisfied with their service, we would love the opportunity to make it right. A consultation with your service provider will help ensure the right action plan to take place. All redo appointments must be scheduled within 1 week of the original reservation and we require that the reservation is reserved with the same service provider. If calling and scheduling after the 1 week period, there may be an additional charge associated with the service.
Product Return Policy: Retail purchases made with credit/debit cards may be refunded within 1 week of purchase. If past the one week period, or if purchases were paid with cash or check, we will be happy to exchange or issue a store credit for that amount. All Jane Iredale Mineral Cosmetics, hair brushes, and appliances are all final sale.
Arriving Late: Busy schedules and unforeseen events often force you to arrive late. We promise to make our best effort to fit your reservation into the schedule. If you are more than ten minutes late, we may have to modify your reservation or have another available service provider complete your service. Any later and we may have to cancel the reservation or reschedule you for another time.
Gratuities: The highest compliment we can receive is the referral of a family member or friend. However, if you wish to tip your service provider, envelopes are available at the front desk for cash/check gratuities and gratuities may be added to credit and debit transactions.
