Hi I'm Jordan! I have always enjoyed working in customer service and being able to put a smile on people's faces. I have worked in many different settings, but the connections I have made with our clients and my coworkers at Rituals has been one of the best experiences I have had in this industry. Rituals is my favorite place to work because of the close relationships I get to build and the wide variety of services we offer. My favorite services are our Eminence facials and lived-in blondes. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and hanging out with my friends. I couldn't be happier working at Rituals and having such a great second family to love!
