Jessica

Hi! I’m Jessica, Director of Operations at Rituals Salon & Spa. I have lived in the Richmond area since 1996 and have enjoyed building my career and family here. My first job, at 16 years old, was as a salon receptionist. I have always worked in hospitality, including all areas of a luxury Forbes 5-star resort, for many years. While I enjoyed culinary training and event planning, I realized my true love was interacting with guests while they enjoyed their spa and salon experiences. I love everything about our industry, including the connections with other professionals that we meet, the educational opportunities, the ideas we share, and the growth that comes from working together. I have been at Rituals Salon & Spa since day one! I am so grateful for this opportunity and my ability to wear many hats of responsibilities. My top two favorites are growing individuals to achieve the best version of themselves and building long lasting relationships with our guests.

I have been blessed with the joy of raising my now 16-year-old twin girls, Emma & Ella, and am grateful to have some family nearby too. I enjoy cooking, planting, yoga, pottery and spending time with loved ones. Always on the move, you’ll find me at the gym, at a winery or supporting local small business and restaurants.
