What is the VIP Points Program?
It is
a program created to recognize your support by awarding you
points that can be accumulated for dollar amounts toward Rituals
Salon-Spa services, products or gift cards! This is a free
program and is presented as a courtesy to all our clients.
How do I get started?
You don't have
to do a thing! If you're in our customer database, you are
already earning points.
How do I accumulate VIP Points?
Simple.
You accumulate them through everyday interactions with Rituals
Salon-Spa.
Below is a list of the various ways you can accumulate VIP Points
and their assigned value:
• 500 Points for pre-booking during first visit (new
clients).
• 500 Points for retail purchases over $50
• 500 Points for services over $100
• 500 Points for current client pre-booking
• 500 Points for on-line booking
We will add more as the program expands!
How much are VIP Points worth?
500 VIP Points
= $1.00 credited to your VIP Points account!
How and when can I redeem my VIP Points?
Guest Points can be redeemed in the form of either a discount
off of your total charge or issued to one of our beautiful
Gift Cards that you could present to friends as gifts. Guest Points
can be redeemed off your purchases after you have accumulated
your first 5000 points ($10 dollars).
Are Guest Points redeemable for cash?
No.
Guest Points are not redeemable for cash, however they can
either applied to your total purchase or issued to a
beautiful Gift Card to make a great present!
Do Guest Points expire?
No. Guest Points do not expire. |
