Pete & Sheri Polignone - Owners of Rituals Salon-Spa.

Jessica is the General Manager at Rituals Salon-Spa. She has had extensive advanced training in customer service, salon management and hospitality.
She has been in the industry for ten years, and is trained in many professional skin and haircare lines. Along with her husband Matt, she enjoys
boating, camping and just having fun with friends and family.

Sheri is co-owner of Rituals Salon-Spa. She is a Master Stylist who has been in this industry for over thirty years. She is continually expanding her
education, and has trained all over the world, including London and New York. Her passion is color, and she has trained extensively to learn the newest techniques.

Teresa is a Master Stylist who has been in this industry for six years, has been an educator for five of those years, and is a technical artist for
Profound Beauty. She travels extensively to hands-on seminars for educators, and does main-stage work at large trade shows, working with the top stylists in
the industry. Her 1950's stove represents her tastes in true and classic designs, and her sense of style. Teresa is also a Salon educator for Rituals.

Ali is a Master Stylist who has been in the industry for seven years. She specializes in master-level hair cutting and coloring techniques,
as well as professional makeup. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working for HBO, NBC, Wolff Fording and the Martin Agency, as well
as other exciting photo shoots, all allowing her to explore different levels of extraordinary hair design and makeup. Ali is very passionate about her
work, and never passes up an opportunity to create art.

Amber is a Senior Stylist and our Salon Manager who has been in the hair industry for four years. She loves dimensional coloring and cutting, and to
her, hair defines a person. She is currently in training to become an educator for an international color company, Keune, which is carried at Rituals
Salon-Spa. In her spare time, she enjoys live music and spending time with friends and family.

Bridget is a Rituals Artist Stylist who has been in this industry for six years. She continues to excel in her passion for haircolor and design.
Educated by top educators from Profoundbeauty, Keune and Wella, Bridget is current on the newest and latest styles and trends. In her spare time, she
enjoys spending time with family and friends, and loves going to hockey games.

Marjorie is an Artist Stylist and has been in the salon industry for two years. Her passion lies in not just the industry, but in the feeling of
satisfaction that comes from making people feel better about themselves. She has had many bad hair days, and knows what it feels like to have that
self-esteem drop. Great hair equals confidence, which she passes on to her clients. Marjorie shows devotion and creativity in all that she accomplishes.

Judy joined the Rituals Team in 2007, and has been in the salon industry for eight years. She has trained in Las Vegas and Washington D.C.,
and has received education from Redken, Keune, Framsi, Joico, and Profound. She loves all aspects of hair styling, from coloring and highlighting to cutting.
She is very family oriented and loves spending time with her kids and husband.

Melanie has been in the Salon industry for over eight years, and has a passion for up 'dos and color. She has attended the Redken Exchange, and
various intense educational experiences. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with friends, and is an avid Patriots fan.

Kayla is an Artist Stylist at Rituals, with four years of salon experience. She has also worked with artists from ProfoundBeauty, Wella and Keune,
as well as trained with Pevonia. She has always had an eye for fashion, art and design.

Brigid is an Apprentice at Rituals, and currently attends Cosby High School and the Chesterfield Tech Center. Her career goals are to be a
cosmetologist and a special education teacher. She lives with her mother and her three sisters.

Casey is an Apprentice at Rituals. She is a high school senior attending Chesterfield Technical Center, and is working towards her
cosmetology license. In her spare time, Casey enjoys wakeboarding on the James River and fishing with her father.

Sarah is one of Rituals newest team members. A stylist for 4 year with a passion for color, she is always looking for that extra touch or
added highlight to make and already great style complete. Sarah has trained with professionals like Graham Webb, Joico and Framesi, and enjoys reading
fashion magazines to keep up with the latest trends.

Renate is a Rituals Salon Assistant. Born and raised in Germany, her strong European background in both head, neck and hand massage
makes her a desirable and cherished addition to the Rituals team. Renate loves her family, is passionate and very involved with her church,
and loves the traditional Latin Masses held at her church.

Cynthia is Rituals Spa Manager and has been in the industry for 15 years. She is the most diversified technician at Rituals as a nail
technician, esthetician, waxing technician,and massage therapist. She spent two years as an educator for a waxing line, and two years as an
Advance Skin Care Educator. Additionally, she has worked as an educator for Bio-Elements, and a regional makeup artist for Estee Lauder.
Cynthia has just added lash extensions to her extensive list of certifications.

Susann has been working as an esthetician and spa therapist since 1999. She graduated from the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics
in MA, and worked on Newbury Street in Boston before moving to Richmond in 2001. She has worked with skincare lines such as Babor, Karin Herzog,
Phytomer, Bioelements, Eminence, and Pevonia. Susann enjoys changing lives through changing attitudes and skin. She is a great asset to the Rituals Team.

T is a Nail Specialist, with six years of experience. She has worked with OPI, Creative Nail and Essie and is an experienced makeup artist.
She loves to educate her clients on how to keep those nails looking good. T loves to dance is very involved in her church, and believes in giving back to her community.

Rusty is a local celebrity in his own right. Rusty has worked with most makeup lines, including MAC, Chanel, and Smashbox. He has used his talent at various
upscale salons and spas in the Richmond area as well as New York. He believes that every face is unique and every makeup application should be as well. His interests
include art of all kinds. When not doing makeup, Rusty is an experienced gymnast.

Kiandra is a Spa Apprentice who is currently enrolled at Medical Careers Institute to study massage therapy. Kiandra's goal is to be diversely qualified in the salon/spa
industry by becoming a massage therapist, an esthetician, and a nail technician. Kiandra enjoys playing sports, and one day hopes to become a martial arts master.

Crystal is our Salon Services Manager. She has worked in the salon and spa industry for nine years, and has loved every minute of it.
She enjoys being outside listening to live music, and loves children. Crystal strives to bring joy and happiness to others and loves to laugh.

Sharon is a Front Desk Coordinator who joined the Rituals team in 2008. She has lived in North Carolina for the past 21 years, and recently
moved to Powhatan to be closer to family. Her passion is animals and riding horses, and she owns a 15 year old Quarter horse. Sharon is a graduate
of Braxton Business School, and is new to the Salon and Spa industry.

Mandy is a Salon Services Coordinator at Rituals. She is also a kindergarten teacher in the city of Richmond, and loves playing softball. She is originally from North
East Pennsylvania, and went to school at Bloomsburg University, and has also lived in LA for a year.

Kara is a senior at Monacan High School and works part time as a Salon Services Coordinator between her academic and extra curricular activities at school.

Andrea is a daughter of owners Pete and Sheri, who has worked at Rituals since January 2006 as a Salon Services Coordinator. She recently received her Bachelor
of Arts degree from Longwood University for communication studies and public relations. She hopes to pursue a career in working for a style magazine, public
relations, or event planning. Andrea enjoys listening to music, singing, soccer, watching movies, and spending time outdoors.
