• Apprentices

Rituals Salon-Spa is an apprenticeship sponsor certified by the State of Virginia. Our training program integrates education with practical experience for our apprentices.

• Artists

Rituals Salon-Spa Fresh Talent level provides basic hair cutting and coloring at low prices to enable new graduates of our apprentice program and beauty school to start their new careers. Guests willing to be models for this group receive Rituals Hair Services from Fresh Talent supervised by experienced Rituals Coaches.

• Senior

Hair Designers have developed advanced skills in hair cutting and coloring. Senior level Hair Designers continue to develop advanced skills by attending advanced courses in hair services.

• Master

Hair Designers have completed advanced training in all areas of hair cutting and coloring. Master level Hair Designers may become coaches for specialty skills and mentor Apprentices and Fresh talent hair designers.
